Tri-Services (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy)
This project is ongoing, working with participants drawn from all three services of the armed forces. The objective is to inform existing leadership practices with complimentary approaches that do not detract from the chosen path of leadership provision. The British Army, for example, has identified that servant leadership as a principle is most suitable to supporting the organisation. This research considers what complimentary approaches may inform its delivery without competing with existing practices.
