Tri-Services (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy)
This project is ongoing, working with participants drawn from all three of services of the armed forces we are investigating how a new area of leadership may compliment the established approaches currently in place. Participants are working with us through their involvement in a series of interviews and shadowing phases where it is inteneded to thematically analyses finidings from a qualitative perspective.
